Claus holds a MBA with a major in Marketing and Finance from the University of Siegen, Germany.

- Claus (as the name might indicate) is originally from Germany (near Frankfurt) and considers the PacWest as his new home.
- He enjoys quality with his family, his daughter and their two dogs. Like everyone living in the Northwest he enjoys the outdoors and has been actively practicing Bikram Yoga for more than 6 years.
